PART 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you buy a product at our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us. This includes: your name, address and e-mail address. When you browse our shop, we also automatically receive your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address to provide us with information that helps us learn more about your browser and operating system. E-mail marketing (if applicable): with your consent, we may send you emails about our shop, new products and other updates.

How do I give my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for delivery or return a purchase, we agree to collect and use that information only for that specific reason. If we request your personal information for a secondary reason, such as marketing, we will ask you directly for your explicit consent and give you the opportunity to decline.
How can I withdraw my consent?
If you change your mind after registration, you can withdraw your consent to further collection, use or disclosure of your data at any time by contacting us at support@smith-dublin.com.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law or if you violate our terms of use.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our shop is hosted on Shopify Inc. which provides us the online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases and general application. The data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment: if you choose to use a direct payment portal to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card information. The data is encrypted according to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). The purchase transaction data is only stored for as long as it takes to complete the purchase transaction. Once the transaction is completed, the transaction data is deleted.
All direct payment gateways are PCI-DSS compliant, which is managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, an alliance of brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

SECTION 5 - THIRD PARTY SERVICES
In general, third party service providers engaged by us will only collect, use and disclose your data to the extent necessary to provide the services they provide to us. However, some third parties, such as payment gateways and other payment processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide to them for purchase-related transactions. With regard to these providers, we encourage you to read their privacy policies so that you understand how your personal information is handled by them. In particular, remember that some suppliers may be based or have facilities in a jurisdiction other than your jurisdiction or ours. Therefore, if you conduct a transaction using the services of a third party service provider, your data may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service provider or its facilities are located. For example, if you are located in Canada and the transaction is processed by a payment gateway in the United States, your personal information used to complete the transaction may be disclosed under US law, including the Patriot Act.
Once you leave our shop website or redirect to a third party website or application, you will no longer be subject to this Privacy Policy or our Website Terms and Conditions.

Google Analytics: our shop uses Google Analytics to track who visits our website and which pages are viewed.
SECTION 6 - SECURITY
To protect your personal data, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry standard practices to ensure that it is not lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
When you provide us with your credit card information, it is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and stored using AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and apply other generally accepted industry standards.
SECTION 7 - COOKIES
Here is a list of the cookies we use. We have listed them so that you can choose whether or not to disable cookies. _session_id, unique, session token, Allows Shopify to store session information (referrer, landing page, etc). _shopify_visit, no data storage, kept for 30 minutes after the last visit, used by our website provider's internal statistics tracker to keep track of the number of visits _shopify_uniq, no data storage, expires at midnight (relative to the visitor) the next day, counts the number of times a single customer visits a shop Card, unique token, stored for 2 weeks, stores information about the content of the shopping cart. _secure_session_id, unique token, session storefront_digest, unique token, undefined If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access. PREF, which persists for a very short period of time, set by Google and keeps track of who visits the shop and from where.
SECTION 8 - AGE OF CONSENT
By using this website, you assume that you are at least 18 years of age in your state or province of residence or that you are of legal age in your state or province of residence and have given us permission for your minor dependent children to use this website.
